The DTEK Renewables team is highly trained and experienced in full-cycle project implementation – from due diligence, development, and engineering to construction, commissioning, and power generation. The company implemented seven wind and solar power plant projects with a total installed capacity of 1.1 GW.
The company employs professional engineers, builders, energy engineers, and other field-specific experts. Since 2020, DTEK Renewables has had its own service department for the maintenance of wind and solar power plants.
The total professional experience of our specialists is 15 years on average. The DTEK Renewables team performs both company projects and external orders. In 2023, our team constructed a wind farm during the war in Ukraine, which is a unique experience in the world. The team also acquired expertise in international project development and implementation.
Has been working at DTEK since 2005. Mr. Selyshchev held the position of DTEK Group's Chief Strategy and Business Development. In 2022, became the CEO of DTEK Renewables. Oleksandr graduated with honours from Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus. ACCA charterholder.
Director of DTEK Tyligulska WPP. Until 2022, he headed the company's Capital Construction Department. He held management positions at DTEK Energy for more than 10 years. He has many years of experience in the development and construction of solar and wind power plants. He completed Executive MBA in Energy of Innovation.
She joined DTEK Renewables in 2020. She participated in the implementation of the DTEK Tyligulska WPP project. She has 16 years of professional experience in finance.

During this time, he has successfully implemented several projects within the group, not only in renewable energy but also in the entire energy sector. He completed the Energy of Innovation Executive MBA.

She has held the position of Deputy Director of Public Relations and Communications at SCM and other senior positions in communication and social projects. She has a master's degree in public policy and management and has attended seminars at The Aspen Institute Kyiv and the Ukrainian School of Political Studies.
