Mykolayiv Regional State Administration and the Regional Council received a new batch of aid in the form of 10,000 cans of meat porridge of various assortments (buckwheat, wheat, rice and beans) from the Saving Lives humanitarian project.
As part of the project's main task - to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine - DTEK Renewables’ representatives donated 5,000 cans of the product to Mykolayiv Department of Social Protection, of which 2,000 will be provided to retired people and people with disabilities of groups 1 and 2.
The remaining 5,000 cans of products will be distributed among the residents of deoccupied villages and settlements that have suffered the most from the war. In particular, we are talking about Shevchenkove, Zarichne, Zasillya, Krasne, Novy Bug, Pokrovka (Kinburska Spit), Yermolivka, Lymany, Lupareve, Snihurivka, Vasylivka, Orikhivka.
We recall that Metinvest and DTEK are financing the Saving Lives humanitarian project in coordination with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation. More than 28,000 people have already received humanitarian aid. The biggest part of the aid provided is food, hygiene products and medicines for hospitals.
