DTEK Renewables, together with the "Saving Lives" project, continue to provide systemic support to Mykolaiv and the Mykolaiv region in these difficult times for Ukraine. At the end of July, stewed meat, condensed milk and cereals have been delivered. Most of the lot will be given to the less protected sections of the population.
"The next part of humanitarian aid to the Mykolaiv region is especially important considering the fact that the enemy is destroying humanitarian warehouses with food products. Constant support from our reliable partner DTEK Renewables and other companies allow us to continue distributing food to those who need it the most," says Mykola Volkovynskyi, director of the "Light Affairs" humanitarian headquarters.
This time, almost 4,300 cans of stewed meat weighing 500 grams each, 6,000 packages of condensed milk, and 6,700 packages of assorted cereals were handed over. These are the most needed categories of products.
"We constantly monitor the situation in the city and region, so we quickly respond to the needs of Mykolaiv and communities. This is not the first part of aid from DTEK Renewables and the "Saving Lives" project. The stewed meat, condensed milk and cereals that we delivered to Mykolaiv will be handed over to the least protected people of Mykolaiv," said Oleg Solovei, director of DTEK Tyligulskaya WPP.
Reminding, that in July DTEK Renewables and the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation delivered 4,500 food kits to the Koblevo and Berezanka local communities of the Mykolaiv region. In addition, the company supplied local hospitals with medical drugs in accordance with the requests of the communities - more than 7,000 packages of medicines of 114 names.
The "Saving Lives" humanitarian project was launched by Metinvest and DTEK companies, in coordination with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation. More than 125,000 people have already received humanitarian aid. These are products, hygiene products and medical equipment for hospitals.
