DTEK Renewables claims discrimination in debt repayment for the energy generated from RES and requires an immediate investigation of the actions of officials.

DTEK Renewables did not receive a single hryvnia from the funds of the Guaranteed Buyer State Enterprise allocated by European creditors to cover the debt for the produced electricity.

Meanwhile, JSC “Oschadbank” transferred funds to all other companies in full.

The company and its international creditors are shocked by this approach of the authorities and demand an immediate investigation of the whereabouts of the funds and the reasons for the disruption of payments.

We also demand an investigation of the role of the acting in this scheme. Director of the State Enterprise "Guaranteed Buyer" Vadim Ulida, the head of PJSC "Oschadbank" Sergei Naumov and senior officials involved in the failure to repay the debt to the company for the produced electricity.

The total debt before the company for 2020-2021 is UAH 4.3 billion.
