DTEK Renewables calls on the management of the “Guaranteed Buyer” State Enterprise to refrain from knowingly illegal actions regarding the balance of funds received from the placement of the issued “green” Eurobonds.

Any attempts by officials of a state-owned company to use UAH 3.04 billion to be paid to DTEK Renewables enterprises not for the intended purpose will be regarded as actions that show signs of malpractice, obstruction of legitimate business activities of DTEK Renewables’ enterprises and their intentional discrimination.

DTEK Renewables has officially notified the officials of the state-owned enterprise about the legal consequences of their illegal actions.

The company will seek to prosecute all persons who have committed illegal actions illegal actions with funds of targeted Eurobonds, both in Ukraine and in the jurisdiction of foreign countries. First of all, the United Kingdom, where targeted Eurobonds have been issued.

The company once again calls on the management of the SE "Guaranteed Buyer" to return to the legal field, to stop fraud with targeted funds from Eurobonds and to stop discrimination against the enterprises of DTEK Renewables.
