At the end of June, a consignment of 1430 m² of window glass was delivered to Mykolayiv. The humanitarian cargo was received by the “Svitli spravy” Charitable Foundation which will soon transfer it for restoration of windows in apartment houses of Nikolaev which suffered from attacks from russia.
In terms of active hostilities which are going on in the south of Ukraine, the housing stock of Mykolayiv needs constant restoration. Within two weeks, a number of residential buildings in the city have been damaged by rocket fires.
"It hurts to look at a thriving city that is now being destroyed by fighting. DTEK Renewables quickly responds to the needs of Mykolayiv region and provides ongoing humanitarian support. The window glass which was delivered to the city is planned to be cut for formation of double-glazed windows which will be installed later in apartment houses of Mykolvayiv "- said Oleg Solovey, the director of DTEK Tiligulska WPP.
We will remind that since February 24, 2022 DTEK Renewables delivered to Mykolayiv region thousands of food sets, tons of canned meat with porridge, stews, chickens, fuel cards, more than 70 names of medicines, building materials for restoration of buildings, electric generators, protection kits for military and other necessary things.
