DTEK CEO Maxim Timchenko joined the Forum Energy Ukraine in Berlin organized by German Eastern Business Association, and provide his vision on topic «Integrating Ukraine’s energy business in European structures – status, short term support and future opportunities».
DTEK CEO Maxim Timchenko said: “In order to quit russian energy resources, it is crucial to completely revise the energy security strategy of the European Union. Ukraine is ready to take part in the process of the European energy supply “de-russification” and become a reliable partner in updated EU's energy strategy.”
The participants of the forum also discussed the current status of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure, the acute need for support and prospective cooperation, e.g. the use of ENTSO-E integration and others, with decision-makers from politics and business in Ukraine and Germany and the EU-level.
The forum is organised by the German Eastern Business Association and takes places in cooperation with the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK) and supported by NRW.Global Business.
